The Nest Return policy:

Returns are available for store credit or merchandise exchange only within thirty (30) days of original receipt. Please contact us before returning items. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags and/or all original packaging. No returns on personalized items. Damaged items will be replaced for the same exact item, if available. We appreciate your cooperation!

Shipping Information:

Your order is very important to us! We make every effort to ship your order within 24- 48 hours of your purchase. Any orders placed after 6 PM EST will be processed the next business day. All orders will be shipped standard ground via USPS or UPS. Express shipping is available for an additional charge. We make every effort to ensure that our items are in stock. However, if an item is out in stock you will be contacted promptly by email. The customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in the return process. We recommend using an insured traceable method when shipping back merchandise as The Nest is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
